We have been active since 1972 and have always been dedicated to the world of truffles, from the processing and marketing of fresh, preserved and frozen products; to the creation of condiments, truffle-based sauces up to local agricultural products, becoming over the years a reference company in the sector.

Did you know that in the month of December five different varieties of truffle grow at the same time.

White, Precious Black, Uncinato, Brumale and Macrosporum. Each is a unique piece.

Conservation is very important, we always recommend that you keep it in a glass jar and wrapped in absorbent paper to be replaced every day, at most 4/5 days; if you consume it beyond these days, freeze it!!
