PENNE WITH REAL NORCINA - ANCIENT RECIPE

Ingredients: 500gr Penne rigate/300gr Pork belly/Black truffle/Extra virgin olive oil/Cooking cream/Parmesan/Onion/Garlic/Salt to taste

Procedure: Brown the chopped onion and garlic in the oil, once the right degree of cooking is reached, add the finely crushed truffle and the bacon cut into strips, cook for 15 minutes. Then add the cooking cream to the mixture and leave to rest. Add the drained pasta al dente and stir it for a few minutes over low heat to add flavour.
